During my very 1st visit Dr. Jacobson answered all of my questions and helped me understand my hearing loss and the options available. She listened to my goals and recommended I borrow a hearing aid from Associated to see if it was right for me. Within one visit I was assured that she was here to help and cared about my needs.

I could not have had better care and attention to my needs. My husband (recently passed away) thought Dr. Jacobson was the best. I think he would know since he had worn hearing aids of various kinds for over 50 years. I don’t know what I would do without her help.
– FD
Love Dr. Jacobson. Very knowledgeable and explained different options for me with one hearing aid vs. two hearing aids. I chose one hearing aid and she adjusted accordingly. She was eager to jump through hoops with me and my insurance. Thank you so much.
– KG
Dr. Baldwin was very responsive to my email questions, after my initial visit. She was extremely patient in explaining things I had questions about. She helped me understand the interaction between the hearing aid, the nerves in my ear and my brain, very interesting!
– KM
