We offer a 45-day assessment period with the purchase of every prescription hearing aid so you can determine whether or not you are receiving a satisfactory benefit from your new hearing aids. During this assessment period, we will schedule follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and make any adjustments you may need.

We also offer professional Kansas City prescription hearing aid repair services at our locations in Leavenworth, Lawrence, Manhattan, Overland Park, Prairie Village, and Shawnee Mission in Kansas; and in Kansas City and Independence in Missouri.

Kansas City Prescription Hearing Aid Assessment & Repair

After the purchase of your prescription hearing aids, service of your hearing instruments is a priority at Associated Audiologists. We understand that you depend on your hearing aids to communicate and promise to make every effort to provide you with prompt service. We perform routine repair services in the clinic to minimize the manufacturer’s repairs and can often provide loaner hearing aids to use if yours need to be repaired by the manufacturer.

To be sure your prescription hearing aids are always working optimally and to monitor any changes in your hearing, we encourage you to schedule routine follow-up appointments with your audiologist. These appointments are a good opportunity for your audiologist to use AudioScan/Verifit technology to confirm that your prescription hearing aids are continuing to perform well when necessary.

After your original manufacturer warranty and loss and damage coverage expire, additional options are available to further protect your investment. Be sure to ask your audiologist about these plans.

Our providers are experienced at repairing all styles of hearing aids and all of our clinics stock parts to repair hearing aids onsite. We maintain inventory for Widex, Resound, Phonak, Starkey, Oticon, Signia, and Relate and have the ability to provide basic maintenance and repair some components on Costco, Kirkland, Audibel, Miracle Ear, NuEar and more.
